IMPORTANT CONSUMER DISCLOSURE NOTICE:

Just Honeymoons, Inc. is acting as intermediary and Agent For Suppliers (“principals” identified on the attached or accompanying documents) in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services, which are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to your or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates, bookings or reservations. Travel agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler(s) in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or constructions difficulties, diseases, local laws, climate conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the travel agents control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler(s) is hereby warned of such risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent of this entire agreement on your part and to convey the contents hereof to your travel companions or group members and acceptance of all vendor terms and conditions.

Car renters MUST have valid driver’s license, major credit card in his/her name and must be at least 25 years of age. Detailed information is available upon request.

YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE AND/OR CANCELLATION WAIVER. TRAVEL INSURANCE AND/OR CANCELLATION WAIVER MUST BE PURCHASED AT TIME OF DEPOSIT.

Proof of identity is required for international travel. Without proper identification and documentation, such as passport and necessary visa, you will not be permitted to depart. It is your responsibility to verify necessary travel documents with the proper authorities. Passports are required for travel outside the U.S. Territories. Names must be exact on tickets as they appear on passports – names provided at time of booking and deposited is the information provided to suppliers.

Cancellations will be subject to a minimum $100 per person and may be subject to additional fees from the supplier. Monies on file are not refundable – Travel Insurance is advised.

All changes in names, dates, times or destinations are subject to change fees with Just Honeymoons, Inc. and/or supplier.

Prices are subject to increase at anytime without notice unless paid in full at time of booking or otherwise guaranteed through supplier(s). Supplier may require fuel surcharges at anytime. Refunds from airlines, tour companies, cruise lines and hotels will be made to our customers only after Just Honeymoons, Inc has received monies from these sources.

A $35 service charge will be assessed for any returned checks.

If any legal action is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to responsible attorney’s fees, costs and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief they are entitled.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this contract, performance or interpretation thereof shall be settled by binding arbitrations in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then existing, taking place in San Jose, CA California
